To uninstall BlackTrack please follow the instructions listed below.

  1. Go to Options on the BlackBerry® main screen (the wrench icon)
  2. Select Advanced Options
  3. Select Applications
  4. Select BlackTrack with the menu button and Select Delete.
  5. Please be sure to reboot your BlackBerry® if the system requests you to do so.

NOTE: Depending on what you have tried to do to uninstall, the above procedure may not work.  If that is the case, then the solution is to reinstall BT (to put everything back in its right place) and then follow the above procedure to remove it.  This works every time.
